Become the leader people choose to follow
The best way to influence the people making decisions about your career is to become the kind of leader they trust.

The best way to influence the people making decisions about your career is to become the kind of leader they trust.
The difference between leaders who wait for opportunities and those who consistently earn them isn't luck. It's intentionally developing the skills, influence, and credibility that inspire confidence in the people making promotion decisions.
Whether you're preparing for your first leadership role, working toward your next promotion, or striving to increase your influence and impact, leadership doesn't happen by accident. It happens through intentional growth. Together, we'll develop the skills that help you earn trust, expand your influence, and prepare you for more responsibility.
After participating in leadership selection and promotion discussions for more than three decades, I've learned that organizations don't simply promote the highest performer. They promote the person they trust to lead.
Most of us don't think twice about investing in a college degree, a professional certification, or even a tutor to help our children reach their potential.
So why do we hesitate to invest in ourselves?
Few investments have the potential to influence your career more than intentionally developing your leadership.
Unlike a book, conference, or certification, personalized leadership development gives you an experienced thought partner for the real world situations you're facing today, from difficult conversations and promotion opportunities to organizational politics and team challenges.

At the highest levels of every human endeavor, you'll find trusted advisors helping great minds break new ground.
You're already the expert on your business, your industry, and your organization. My role isn't to replace that expertise. It's to bring more than three decades of leadership perspective to the unique opportunities and challenges you're facing today.
Before offering advice, I want to understand where you are, where you want to go, and the people and circumstances influencing your journey.
Together, we'll identify blind spots, interpret difficult situations, anticipate consequences, evaluate options, and develop intentional strategies that move you toward your goals.
My commitment is simple. I'll help you become the strongest version of yourself as a leader, creating greater fulfillment, greater influence, and greater opportunity for you and the people around you.
As your leadership grows, new opportunities often follow. Together, we'll also develop a practical plan to intentionally position you for those opportunities.

For more than 30 years, I’ve held various leadership positions at one of the nation’s largest corporations, giving me a firsthand understanding of what today’s leaders face: the constant change, the pressure to perform, and the challenge of staying balanced and authentic through it all. I have used that experience, along with formal training to help professionals from a wide range of industries, backgrounds, and experiences, each with their own goals and definitions of success.
I’m a certified facilitator and coach with Delta Leadership; creators of the Six Domains of Leadership model developed at Duke University. My approach combines that research with real-world experience, helping clients strengthen credibility, build trust, and create truly inspired followers at all levels.

Even the best leaders need a place to think out loud. It’s not always easy to find someone inside your organization who you can be fully open with about challenges, people dynamics, or big decisions without worrying about politics or perception. I gives you that space. You get a fresh set of eyes, honest feedback, and someone who is focused entirely on your growth and success. Sometimes just talking through a situation with someone outside your world brings new clarity and options you might not see on your own.

In this free conversation, we’ll talk about where you are, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what’s getting in the way. It’s a chance to think out loud with someone who’s been there ; no sales pitch, no commitment, and no pressure. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to be. You’ll leave with more clarity, a few practical next steps, and a better sense of whether coaching could make a real difference for you.
